ELT3MPLO ("we", "us", or the "Controller") is responsible for the processing and protection of the personal data collected through our services. To operate we rely on technology providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, and who are bound to keep it confidential and secure.
This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, and with the privacy requirements of the app marketplaces (Apple App Store and Google Play).

1. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide booking, payment and community services for the studio. We do not collect sensitive personal data for purposes other than operating the service.

2. Device permissions
The app may request the following permissions. In all cases your authorization is optional and can be changed at any time from your device settings:
- Location: to validate GPS check-in when you arrive at the studio.
- Camera: to scan QR codes for access or purchases, and to update your profile photo.
- Notifications: to send you booking confirmations, class reminders and studio announcements.
- Photos / files: to upload a profile picture, if you choose to.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the service)
- Create and manage your account and identify you as a user.
- Manage bookings, waitlists, check-ins and class attendance.
- Process payments and purchases of products, packages and memberships, and issue receipts.
- Operate the loyalty program, coupons and rewards.
- Send transactional and service notifications (via app, email and/or WhatsApp).
- Provide support and customer service, and safeguard the security of the service.
Secondary purposes (not necessary; you may opt out)
- Sending promotional communications and studio news.
- Satisfaction surveys and service improvement.
- Aggregated statistical analysis of platform usage.
If you do not want your data to be used for the secondary purposes, you may say so at any time through the means indicated in the Contact section. Your refusal will not be grounds to deny you the contracted services.
4. Third parties and transfers
To operate the service we share data with the following providers, who act as processors and are required to keep the information confidential and secure:

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may transfer data without your consent only in the cases permitted by applicable law (for example, when required by a competent authority). Some providers may process data outside your country; in such cases contractual safeguards requiring an equivalent level of protection apply.
5. Tracking and advertising
The app does not use your data for advertising tracking across other apps or third-party websites, and does not share identifiers with advertising networks for marketing purposes. We only use analytics and diagnostics tools to maintain and improve the service.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for any additional periods required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Once those purposes and periods have ended, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Security measures
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure payment authentication (3D Secure).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it when inaccurate, delete it when you consider it is no longer needed, and object to its processing for specific purposes, as well as to withdraw any consent given.
To exercise these rights, send a request to contacto@elt3mplopolanco.com stating: (i) your name and a means to receive a reply, (ii) a copy of an ID proving your identity, (iii) a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
9. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account and request the erasure of your personal data directly from the app, at Profile → Edit → Delete account. You may also request it by writing to contacto@elt3mplopolanco.com. When you delete your account, your personal data will be erased, except for information we must retain due to legal or tax obligations, which is kept in a limited and secure manner until those periods are met.
10. Minors
The app is intended for users of legal age. Minors may use it only with the consent and under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the processing of the minor's data. If we detect that we have collected a minor's data without the appropriate authorization, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published at this same address and, where appropriate, notified to you through the app or by email. The "last updated" date indicates the current version.
